Returns & Exchanges

At 4Feetshoes, we want you to walk with confidence; if your new footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original shoebox to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes back in their original packaging and secure them inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
